When you have determined that you are ready to order then:

1. Download the attached Order Form.

2. Put your film and the completed form in a box and send it to:

3. Remember to number the reels of film with tape or magic marker.

4. We will review your package and send you an invoice along with an order number and estimated completion date.

5. The invoice will be sent via email and it will contain the PayPal secure link for payment.

6. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use this service.

7. Once you have paid via the secure link we will process your order.



The aim of Bruce's Reel Deal is to have completely satisfied customers, however the nature of the business is that the quality of the transfer is subjective. With this in mind we will work with you to explain what you should expect before you actually spend any money. If we determine that your film is not going to produce an acceptable video (in our opinion) we will contact you to give you the option of continuing and doing the best we can, or stopping the process. If you decide to stop then we will return your film and refund your money at no cost to you. The cost of shipping your film to us will not be refunded. However if you decide to continue then there will be no refund.

If the DVD you receive will not play in your DVD player, then please call us. We will ask that you try the disk in another player and/or the DVD player on your computer. The NTSC format and video codec we use are compatible with nearly all players used in the United States but this is the first item to check. The Reel Deal will burn and send to you a new DVD if it is determined that the disk is defective. This is available for 30 days after you receive your order. After 30 days we will no longer have your file and replacements are not possible without starting over.

If we made mistakes with the editing or misspelled names, inserted incorrect dates, etc in the titles please let us know and we will fix and send you a new DVD at no cost. This is only possible for the 30 days after you receive your order. If you are dissatisfied with the choice of music, style of titles and menus then please let us know and we will offer to change it at a reasonable cost.
